Gerhke Family | Mille Lacs Lake Photographer

I was so excited to be able to photograph this family at their cabin on Mille Lacs last fall. One of my all time favorite lakes, living there for 15 years. I had all these visions of beautiful images all by the lake, but the wind had other ideas this day. Plan B turned out great, besides some tussled, lake hair. What maybe looked like some scrappy brush behind their shop turned out to be a great fall backdrop.
